Julian read law at the University of London and took his Master of Laws at the London School of Economics. Called to the English Bar at the Middle Temple in 1984 and admitted in Singapore in 1986, he has been in private practice since. He is a Notary Public, a Commissioner for Oaths and an Associate Mediator accredited by the Singapore Mediation Centre, and has lectured in law at Singapore Polytechnic.

Ronnie graduated with honours from the London School of Economics and was called to the Singapore Bar in 1993. He works on company matters and real estate, specialises in advising small and medium-sized enterprises, and has acted for listed companies. Before law, he was a journalist with The Straits Times.

Arthur graduated in law with honours from the National University of Singapore and was admitted in 1985. He has been legal counsel at the Urban Redevelopment Authority, working on land acquisition and rent control, and in-house counsel to a private corporation. His practice is mainly general and commercial litigation, alongside commercial and corporate work.
