In our criminal practice, we have represented parties charged with various miscellaneous offences including drunken driving, outraging of modesty, robbery, rioting and unlawful assembly, assault, causing hurt, employment of foreign workers, immigration, theft, illegal money-lending and road traffic infringements. Besides defending parties in criminal trials, we also act for parties to make representations to the Public Prosecutor to reduce or withdraw charges against them as well as presenting Mitigation Pleas on their behalf.
